CRUUZ Marketing Services is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to the widest practical audience, including people with disabilities. We view accessibility as an ongoing responsibility and an important part of delivering professional, inclusive service.
Our Accessibility Standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target standard for the design, development, content, and ongoing improvement of our Website. WCAG provides internationally recognized guidance for making digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
Measures We Take
As part of our ongoing accessibility work, we aim to:
- use clear heading structures, labels, instructions, and link text;
- support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
- provide text alternatives for meaningful non-text content;
- maintain readable typography and sufficient colour contrast;
- avoid relying on colour alone to communicate meaning;
- design forms with associated labels, instructions, and understandable error messages;
- support responsive layouts and text enlargement;
- provide captions, transcripts, or alternatives for relevant multimedia where practical; and
- test and improve compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies.
We review accessibility as the Website changes and work to address identified barriers within a reasonable timeframe.
Known Limitations and Third-Party Content
Some content or functionality supplied by third parties—such as embedded maps, social-media content, videos, booking tools, or external platforms—may not be fully controlled by CRUUZ or may not yet meet our target standard. We work with providers and seek accessible alternatives where reasonably practicable.
Meeting a technical standard does not guarantee that every person can use every feature without difficulty. We welcome feedback that helps us identify real-world barriers.
Accessibility Support and Alternative Formats
If you experience an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or require assistance using the Website, contact us at support@cruuz.ca.
When reporting an issue, please include, if possible:
- the page address or feature involved;
- a brief description of the problem;
- the browser, device, or assistive technology used; and
- the format or accommodation that would help.
You are not required to disclose a disability or provide unnecessary medical information. We will review accessibility requests and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We will work with you in good faith to provide the information, service, or a suitable alternative in an accessible manner.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback is used to improve our Website and services. Personal information included in an accessibility request will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Ongoing Commitment
Accessibility practices and technologies evolve. We will review this Statement and our Website periodically and update them as our services, standards, and accessibility work develop.
